How it started

Bethel Rufin School was established in 2003 by Victoria Yunis, a strong advocate for using education to combat poverty and inequality. Her vision was to provide education to one of the poorest communities in Multan. We began with 30 students and 2 teachers in a church. By the time 1toAnother took the reins in 2014, the school had grown to 125 students, 8 teachers, and classes ranging from pre-school to class 8.

How it’s going

Over the past decade, BRS has seen remarkable growth, now serving 177 students with 13 teachers and 3 staff members. Notably, the school has achieved accreditation for higher classes to take government exams and now offers education up to the 10th standard for girls. This advancement opens new doors for female students who previously faced many challenges continuing their studies beyond a certain grade.

Meet the Future Achievers of Bethel Rufin School:

Our 10th Class Board Exam Candidates

As the 10th-class students of Bethel Rufin School prepare for their upcoming board exams in the first week of March, we take pride in their dedication and hard work. These young minds have been striving tirelessly to achieve academic excellence, and we are excited to share their journey with you.

Words of Encouragement

Your support means the world to these students. Whether it’s a simple message of encouragement or a prayer for their success, your kind words will uplift their spirits during this crucial time.

Their Exam Preparation Journey

Our students have been following a rigorous test schedule, already completing their assessments for English and Ethics. The remaining six subjects are divided into pairs, with three subjects being tested per day.

To ensure they are well-prepared, extra academy hours have been introduced, especially for subjects like Physics and Mathematics, allowing them to clarify concepts and seek additional support.

Support Their Future

Education is the key to breaking barriers. If you would like to contribute to the academic success of our students by supporting resources or exam fees, consider making a donation.

Join us in celebrating and supporting the next generation of changemakers. Together, we can help them achieve their dreams!

Sponsor a child’s education

With your donation to 1toAnother, you can provide hope and opportunity to children in need.

With a contribution as small as $60, you can support a child's education for an entire year ($5/month)! This modest amount covers essential school supplies and tuition fees, ensuring that a child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

Join us in breaking the cycle of poverty and making education accessible for all.
